Long Beach Man Arrested for Malicious Mischief and Malicious Prosecution

​Seaview, WA — April 1, 2025

Deputies with the Pacific County Sheriff’s Office arrested a local man Tuesday evening in connection with an ongoing investigation involving property damage and a false legal claim.

Ivan E. Antonich, 47, was taken into custody at approximately 6:59 p.m. at a residence on the 900 block of 35th Lane in Seaview. He was booked into the Pacific County Jail on two felony charges: Malicious Mischief in the Second Degree and Malicious Prosecution. The arrest stems from a related incident under case number 25-0440.

Antonich was booked under arrest number 250401002. Both charges are classified as felonies and will be handled in Pacific County Superior Court.

As of press time, Antonich remains in custody pending court proceedings.

Pacific County Woman Booked on DUI Commitment

South Bend, WA — March 29, 202

Melissa A. Brown, 44, was booked into the Pacific County Jail on Saturday afternoon in connection with a previous DUI offense.

Brown was taken into custody at the jail in South Bend at approximately 3:26 p.m. on a court-ordered commitment related to a driving under the influence charge originally filed on September 18, 2024. The case is being handled through South District Court.

She was booked under arrest number 250329001 by a deputy with the Pacific County Jail.

As of this report, Brown remains in custody under the court's direction.

Long Beach Man Arrested on Multiple Charges Including Domestic Violence and Possession of Stolen Property

Long Beach, WA — March 28, 2025

Troy L. Constantine, 45, was arrested Friday evening by Long Beach Police on multiple charges, including domestic violence assault and possession of stolen property.

Constantine was taken into custody at approximately 6:59 p.m. and booked into the Pacific County Jail under arrest number 250328002. The arrest is connected to incident number 25-0532L.

According to records, Constantine faces charges of Fourth Degree Assault – Domestic Violence (RCW 9A.36.041.DV), Possession of Stolen Property in the Second Degree (RCW 9A.56.160), and a warrant for failure to comply with a traffic-related offense. The domestic violence and traffic matters are being handled in South District Court, while the possession of stolen property charge is assigned to Superior Court.

As of this report, Brown remains in custody under the court's direction.

As of this report, Constantine remains in custody pending court proceedings.

North Cove Man Arrested for Community Custody Violation

North Cove, WA — March 31, 2025

A North Cove resident was arrested Monday morning by the Pacific County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for violating the terms of his community custody.

Jacob M. Gardner, 42, was taken into custody at 10:55 a.m. in North Cove and booked into the Pacific County Jail under arrest number 250331001. The arrest is connected to incident number 25-1985.

Gardner was wanted by the Washington State Department of Corrections for a community custody violation, a supervision-related offense that typically follows a felony conviction.

He remains in custody pending further action by the Department of Corrections.

Woman Arrested on Traffic Warrant Near Pioneer Road

Long Beach, WA — April 1, 2025

A Long Beach woman was arrested Tuesday morning on a warrant related to a traffic violation.

Ashlyn I. Karren, 28, was taken into custody by the Pacific County Sheriff’s Office at approximately 8:40 a.m. near Pioneer Road. She was booked into the Pacific County Jail under arrest number 250401001.

The arrest was made on a warrant for failure to comply with a traffic-related court order. The case is being handled through Long Beach Municipal Court.

Karren remains in custody pending further court action.
