Caller reported her mother missing since the previous afternoon. The mother’s boyfriend claimed she had only been communicating with him, but left abruptly when questioned. It's unknown if she has her cell phone. Caller stated she was supposedly texting her, but details including her attire are unknown.

Caller requested to be transferred to WSP. Reported a black GMC pickup that nearly rear-ended her vehicle and was speeding. Caller believed the driver might have been throwing objects out the window.

Caller reported a dog left unattended in a basement following the resident's death approximately one week ago. The decedent’s son lives at the residence but is rarely home. Caller is concerned the dog is not being cared for.

Caller reported that her daughter arrived wearing a Gizmo watch, which the child’s father insisted she wear at all times. During a FaceTime call, the caller noticed the father was recording inside her home and suspects the watch may be involved. She inquired about the legality of the situation.

Caller reported ongoing trespassing issues with a neighbor. After completing a recent land survey, she installed ropes and posts to mark property lines. The neighbor allegedly tore them down and threw them into the bushes. Subject was not on the property at the time of report.

Caller stated a neighbor is repeatedly stealing water and power from others in the area. The subject resides at what the caller described as the “problem house” and is also known to burn garbage.

An automated message reported a panic button activation. A follow-up call confirmed a request for officer response.

Caller reported that her four dogs attacked each other, resulting in part of her finger being ripped off. She was bleeding but alert and breathing normally. Two aggressive dogs were secured in the backyard, while the injured dog was placed in a bedroom.

Caller reported ongoing trespassing on her posted property. Someone recently installed a deadbolt on a building door within the last week. There are no known suspects. Caller is in the process of selling the property and is available by phone.

Caller stated that the owner of an aggressive dog is at the hospital and wants to leave due to fear that the dog may get loose. The caller reported that the dog is out of control, has been attacking people, and bit its owner’s hand off earlier today.

Caller reported being scammed by a male suspect after placing $24,800 cash into a Bitcoin machine as instructed. The incident occurred approximately one and a half weeks ago. Caller has contacted Bitcoin and is available by phone.

Caller reported a dispute with their landlord while in the process of moving out. Landlord has another person and dogs inside the house, preventing the caller from cleaning the property. Caller is available by phone.

Caller, who rented a house to a subject and his wife, stated the tenants have been evicted. One of the subjects is upset, and the caller wishes to speak to an officer about obtaining an order.

Case 25-4848 – Scam
July 21, 2025 – 11:09 a.m.


Caller reported her husband was contacted by individuals claiming to represent Publishers Clearing House. They have been in communication since May and encouraged him to deposit checks and send money. Caller confirmed they deposited two checks and have sent around $20,000. Publishers Clearing House advised her to report the scam to local law enforcement.

July 21, 2025 – 12:43 p.m.


Caller reported being shot at while on a trail at approximately 11:44 a.m. He stated he waved at a female on a porch who did not respond, then shortly after heard a gunshot. Caller yelled in response and heard a male voice say, “keep moving boy.” Believes the weapon may have been a long gun or hunting rifle.

July 21, 2025 – 1:06 p.m.


Caller reported her son physically attacked her and took her belongings. She was thrown to the ground and grabbed forcefully, resulting in wrist and knee injuries. Caller declined medical aid. The suspect left the scene in a blue Hyundai Elantra; direction of travel unknown.

July 21, 2025 – 2:19 p.m.


Caller reported a possible DUI involving a black 4-door Lincoln MKV. The vehicle showed erratic speed changes, poor lane travel, and hit a curb at Jack’s Market before turning into Oyster Beach RV Park. While still on the phone, caller observed the driver continuing to drive around within the park.

Caller reported a group of approximately 25 individuals suspected of manufacturing drugs. They were allegedly hiding in different areas, spraying poison on trees and rhododendrons, and damaging the landscape.

Caller reported seeing two to three teenage boys swimming, with their father watching nearby. Caller was concerned about the undertow. During the call, it was confirmed the swimmers were fine. A mother and son were still in the water and also appeared okay. Caller was transferred to WSP.

Caller reported receiving a phone call from a friend claiming she had received a $150,000 grant from the National Institutes of Health. The friend referred her to someone via email. Caller became suspicious and asked, “How much will this cost me?” The individual requested her monthly income and other personal information. Caller believed it was a scam.

Caller reported a light blue SUV parked near a boat launch. The vehicle is known to be associated with a male driver who has a history of becoming distraught. Around 4:00 p.m., the caller heard two gunshots while driving by the vehicle.

Caller reported an unknown female was found in her garage. The female was initially hidden under a bag but crawled out and exited through the back door. The caller could not describe what the subject was wearing.

Caller reported discovering inappropriate online messages after reviewing her teenage daughter's phone. One of the individuals was pretending to be a young person and was targeting young girls. Screenshots of the messages were saved as evidence.

An emergency alert stated the owner of an iPhone had been in a severe car crash and was not responding. Coordinates were provided, but attempts to return the call twice were unsuccessful.

Caller reported ongoing issues with a neighbor’s wife, who repeatedly speeds up and down the road, yells, and throws items from her vehicle. The behavior is causing concern for neighborhood children. The suspect, who is homeless, was last seen in a silver sedan headed eastbound on Highway 6.

Caller reported a suspicious incident where a renter disposed of a large bag of dirt around 8:30 p.m. Caller was confused why it wasn’t dumped in the garden and is available by phone.

Caller requested a case number. Firearms were taken as part of the assistance.

Caller reported that her estranged husband, who is using drugs, broke into her home and trashed it while their children hid upstairs. The children called her crying. He no longer resides there and left the scene on a blue Banshee quad. He lives one block away from the incident location.

Caller reported ongoing text messages from a neighbor regarding a past incident. Two months ago, caller came home and noticed a fallen tree branch on the neighbor’s property. She cut it up and left it in a pile as a favor, but the neighbor believed she intended to cut the entire tree down. He has been sending her messages since.

Caller reported two black trucks on their property with no one visible nearby. One truck belongs to a person previously told to leave who has refused. Caller is currently on the property in a silver Honda CRV and is afraid to enter further without contact from law enforcement.

Security was provided for an in-custody individual during a court appearance.

Caller reported receiving threatening text messages from his son the night before and again in the morning. Messages included threats to "waterboard with bleach" and kill the caller with others. Caller is available by phone.

Caller allowed his son and son’s girlfriend to stay in a tent in the backyard. The area now resembles a homeless camp with signs of drug use, including found foil. The caller asked them to leave, but they refused. The son is outside yelling and intimidating the caller. No weapons were reported.

An open 911 line was traced to a child playing with a phone. Upon call back, a female answered and said the phone was connected to a vehicle. Caller reported a homeless man nearby running and rolling around on the ground. Subject described as an older white male with gray hair, wearing yellow pants and a gray shirt.

Caller reported that an individual is currently living with them and has been contacting another party and his wife, who have a protection order against the caller’s housemate. Caller would like to speak with an officer.Ask ChatGPT

Caller returned home to find the front door left open and the freezer and fridge doors ajar. A drink was found open on the stove, and diet sodas were missing. Caller suspects someone may have entered from an old camp trailer on the property. No suspects were seen. Incident likely occurred within the past hour.

Caller requested assistance with her father, who has dementia and has been calling all the neighbors due to imagined scenarios. She did not want an ambulance. A follow-up call noted the father had gone upstairs, prompting further concern.

Caller reported ongoing loud construction noises, including chainsaws, continuing past 7:00 p.m. Deputy contacted the caller and explained the Pacific County noise ordinance. Caller believed construction equipment should stop by 7:00 p.m.

Caller reported that contractors staying nearby have been repeatedly speeding up and down the road in a white truck. Caller’s husband suspected they may also be using marijuana. When asked to slow down, the contractors responded by yelling and saying the speed limit was 25 mph.

Caller reported a person was found sleeping on their property earlier in the day. A deputy previously responded, could not locate the subject, and placed the individual’s belongings near the road. Caller was instructed to report if the person returned or the belongings were removed. Caller is now requesting contact.

Individuals stopped by the station to report a deer had been struck and was lying alive on the side of the highway. Washington State Patrol was advised, and unit 1P13 was notified via broadcast.
