Ronald R. Jr. Barton was arrested on August 8, 2025, by Deputy Turner of the Pacific County Jail on an outstanding warrant. The arrest took place in Lewis County, WA, in connection with Incident #21-6212.

Barton is facing the following charges:

  • Incest in the First Degree (RCW 9A.64.020.1) — Raymond (Pacific County Superior Court)

  • Rape of a Child in the Second Degree (RCW 9A.44.076) — Raymond (Pacific County Superior Court)
