Jacob D. Apodaca Arrested for Felony DUI and Additional Offenses
Raymond, WA — May 21, 2025


On the night of May 21, 2025, Jacob D. Apodaca was arrested by Officer Robert Byrd of the Raymond Police Department and booked into the Pacific County Jail at approximately 10:05 p.m.


Apodaca faces multiple charges stemming from a late-night traffic incident. These include Felony Driving Under the Influence (RCW 46.61.502.6), Operating a Vehicle Without an Ignition Interlock Device (RCW 46.20.740), and Driving While License Suspended in the Third Degree (RCW 46.20.342.1C). The arrest is associated with case number 25-1651R and is being handled under the jurisdiction of Raymond Municipal Court.
