Caller reported their mother-in-law’s silver Kia Soul had been broken into between midnight and the time of the call. The stick shift was snapped in half, and items were missing from inside. Caller reported her daughter stayed at a friend’s house the previous night but did not return home as expected. Last contact was around 7:30 p.m. the prior evening. The juvenile was described as 5’8” with blonde hair, usually wearing baggy pants and a crop top. She had been in trouble the night before for leaving without permission.
