Caller reported a male in a blue SUV parked on the side of the road who appeared intoxicated and should not be operating a vehicle. Caller stated another male was sleeping in the back seat.

Caller reported a male displayed a firearm during a dispute. The call was transferred to Washington State Patrol.

Caller reported his puppy was attacked by a neighbor’s dog the previous day and requested contact.
