Anthony L. Couch Held on Behalf of Another Agency

Raymond, WA — May 9, 2025


Anthony L. Couch was taken into custody at 10:45 a.m. on Friday by a deputy with the Grays Harbor Sheriff's Office at the Washington Corrections Center.

Tokeland, WA — May 13, 2025


On May 13, 2025, Eric L. Furford was arrested at approximately 1:37 p.m. in Tokeland by Officer T. Dielman of the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife.


Furford was taken into custody on several outstanding warrants related to hunting violations, driving offenses, and failure to comply with court orders. His charges span multiple years and include:

  • Hunting Big Game Without a License in the Second Degree (RCW 77.15.410.1.A)

  • Hunting Big Game in the Second Degree (RCW 77.15.410.1)

  • Violation of Commercial Fishing Area/Time in the Second Degree (RCW 77.15.550.1)

Daniel R. Kepl Arrested for DUI and Hit-and-Run in Bay Center
Bay Center, WA — May 9, 2025


On May 9, 2025, Daniel R. Kepl was arrested at approximately 7:30 a.m. in Bay Center by a trooper with the Washington State Patrol.


Kepl faces charges of Driving Under the Influence (RCW 46.61.502) and Hit-and-Run of an Unattended Vehicle (RCW 46.52.010.1). Both offenses are being handled through North District Court.

Kiet H. Lam Arrested for Theft and Forgery in Long Beach
Long Beach, WA — May 9, 2025


On May 9, 2025, Kiet H. Lam was arrested at approximately 6:39 p.m. in Long Beach by an officer with the Long Beach Police Department.


Lam is facing felony charges of First Degree Theft (RCW 9A.56.030) and Forgery (RCW 9A.60.020). Both offenses are under the jurisdiction of Long Beach Municipal Court.
