Jacob D. Apodaca Arrested for Felony DUI and Additional Offenses

Adam S. Hart Arrested for Firearm Violation and Driving with Suspended License

Hart is facing two charges: Driving While License Suspended in the Third Degree under RCW 46.20.342.1C and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm in the First Degree under RCW 9.41.040.1A. These charges have been referred to South District Court and Superior Court, respectively.

Jillian E. Karlsvik Arrested for Assault and Unlawful Imprisonment
South Bend, WA — May 24, 2025


On the night of May 24, 2025, Jillian E. Karlsvik was taken into custody at 9:57 p.m. in South Bend by Officer Fuller of the South Bend Police Department.


Karlsvik is facing two charges: Unlawful Imprisonment under RCW 9A.40.040 and Assault in the Third Degree under RCW 9A.36.031. Both charges have been referred to Superior Court.

John A. Names Arrested for Domestic Violence and Felony Harassment
Dismal Nitch, WA — May 17, 2025


On May 17, 2025, John A. Names was arrested at 1:36 p.m. at Dismal Nitch by Trooper Carson Deroo of the Washington State Patrol. The arrest is linked to incident number 25-3035.


Names is facing multiple charges stemming from a domestic violence incident that occurred earlier that morning. The charges include Felony Harassment (RCW 9A.46.020.2b), Assault in the Fourth Degree – Domestic Violence (RCW 9A.36.041.DV), Interfering with the Reporting of Domestic Violence (RCW 9A.36.150), and Coercion (RCW 9A.36.070). Cody R. Noreen Arrested for Violation of No Contact Order
South Bend, WA — May 24, 2025


On May 24, 2025, Cody R. Noreen was arrested at 9:16 p.m. by Officer Dockter of the South Bend Police Department. The arrest occurred in South Bend and was not associated with any previously reported incident.


Noreen is facing a charge for violating a no contact order, in violation of RCW 9A.46.040. The case has been forwarded to South Bend Municipal Court for further proceedings.

Whitney B. Rose Arrested for Domestic Violence Assault
Long Beach, WA — May 23, 2025


On May 23, 2025, at approximately 4:00 a.m., Whitney B. Rose was arrested in Long Beach by Officer Natsiopoulos of the Long Beach Police Department in connection with incident number 25-0931L.


Rose faces a charge of Assault in the Fourth Degree – Domestic Violence under RCW 9A.36.041.DV. The case is being handled in Long Beach Municipal Court.

Joshua R. Runyon Arrested for Felony Harassment
Raymond, WA — May 16, 2025


On the evening of May 16, 2025, at 10:09 p.m., Joshua R. Runyon was arrested by Officer Ivy Stafford of the Raymond Police Department. The arrest is tied to incident number 25-1609R.


Runyon has been charged with Felony Harassment under RCW 9A.46.020.2b. The case has been referred to Raymond Municipal Court.

Jabboa C. Tegerstrand Arrested on Domestic Violence Charge and Warrants
Raymond, WA — May 22, 2025


On May 22, 2025, at approximately 8:14 p.m., Jabboa C. Tegerstrand was arrested in Raymond by Officer Stigall of the Raymond Police Department. The arrest is linked to related incidents 23-1838L and 25-1663R.


Tegerstrand was booked on multiple charges, including Assault in the Fourth Degree – Domestic Violence under RCW 9A.36.041.DV. Additionally, Tegerstrand had two outstanding warrants for failure to comply on non-traffic offenses—one under the jurisdiction of South Bend Municipal Court and another under Long Beach Municipal Court.


The case is under review by both courts for further legal proceedings.

Eli Van Hess Arrested on Outstanding Warrant Related to Nuisance Violations
South Bend, WA — May 20, 2025


On May 20, 2025, Eli Van Hess was taken into custody at 12:07 p.m. by Deputy Powell of the Pacific County Jail in South Bend. The arrest was executed on a warrant associated with a prior incident (Case #24-3181R).


Van Hess is facing municipal-level charges including Use of a Vehicle as Living Quarters (RMC 8.16.020) in Raymond and Public Nuisance (RCW 9A.66.000) in South Bend. The charges are currently under review in Raymond Municipal Court.
