A caller reported a silver SUV repeatedly parking in front of their driveway. The vehicle’s occupants are believed to be visiting a nearby trailer. The caller had previously asked them to stop blocking access.

A man reported that his ex-girlfriend took both his money and dog. He believes she is now at a residence in Ocean Shores associated with drug activity. The incident occurred a couple of days prior.

Four to five motorcycles were reported racing up and down the road. A confrontation broke out when a female neighbor asked the riders to stop. Neighbors were outside yelling at each other.

A crash was reported involving a white 2004 Hyundai Sonata found upside down near Water Springs. The driver was out of the vehicle and did not report any injuries. A blood alcohol content test was administered, and a response was initiated.

A caller complained about an individual on their property who they claimed had no lease or agreement to be there. The caller felt threatened and suspected drug use and theft. They reported a previous attempt to resolve the matter with authorities, which led to no outcome.

A report was made about loud music coming from a brown house with a white fence and American flags. Deputies were notified.

A subject on a mini bike or e-bike was seen weaving in and out of traffic with no helmet. The rider was described as wearing a gray jacket and having a large bald head. No direction of travel was provided.

Fireworks were reported in the area. The reporting party only requested they stop and did not want contact.

A family reported ongoing harassment from individuals who frequently allow their dog to run loose. Earlier that evening, someone from that group reportedly drove by and yelled profanities at the family. The suspect was possibly a male who lives at the end of the road.

A house party was reported for loud music and possible underage drinking. Approximately 10 people were estimated to be at the residence. The report was made anonymously, and no officer response was initiated.

A subject was reported suicidal, allegedly due to issues with a romantic relationship. He left the scene in a red Volkswagen or possibly a BMW, heading toward Ocean Park. No weapons were mentioned, and the subject had not assaulted anyone.

A male was found asleep inside a dark blue Mazda 3, partially blocking the road near the Loomis Lake sign. The vehicle was parked northbound in the southbound lane. A dog was seen in the back seat. The call was transferred to Washington State Patrol.

A recently released individual reported concerns over a shirt they bought in North Carolina with an image of a biker named “Evil Speed.” They claimed to be harassed by a biker gang and believed their mother and child may be in danger.

A license plate was reported missing from a truck parked at the Surfside Homeowners Association office. The RP requested a phone call to obtain a case number for DMV replacement.

Case 25-4680 – Littering/Public Health Complaint

Two individuals were seen dumping items—including bags of clothes and a backpack—into the bushes between 12:30 and 1:50 a.m. Security footage was obtained. The RP did not recognize the subjects, described only as a male and female, and is available by phone.

An individual was reported outside screaming and throwing sticks and rocks, shouting “Hey, you got my money!” The person was not on the caller's property, but they were nervous as the individual approached while holding a stick. No contact was requested.

A scam victim reported being instructed to deposit $25,000 into a bitcoin machine, with false claims of reimbursement. The victim has emails from the scammer and wishes to assist in preventing future fraud.

A caller received a phone scam from someone posing as "Officer Walker" with the Pacific County Sheriff's Office, claiming the recipient missed jury duty. The call had no caller ID. The reporting party is available for follow-up.

At the southeast corner of an intersection, a small tent and garbage were found. The reporting party believed people had been camping there. No individuals or vehicles were seen at the time of the report.

A commercial burglary alarm was triggered near the approach. One audible trip was reported. The responsible party requested dispatch response.

A male subject was observed walking around with a clipboard, appearing to scope out houses. He was described as approximately 6 feet tall, wearing a green and white beanie, and carrying a purple clipboard. No weapons were seen.

July 16, 2025 – 5:09 p.m.


A caller reported their roommate was screaming and acting erratically. The caller locked themselves in a room for safety. The residence had a red Ford Explorer parked out front. The suspect was believed to be either in the house or in a nearby shed.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop. The driver was issued a verbal warning for speeding.
