On July 23, 2025, Skip D. Ayres was arrested by Officer Turner of the Pacific County Jail. The arrest took place in Long Beach, WA, in connection with Incident #25-4448.

Ayres is facing the following charges:

  • Operating a Vehicle Without an Ignition Interlock Device (RCW 46.20.740) — Long Beach

  • Driving While License Suspended in the Second Degree (RCW 46.20.342.1B) — Long Beach

  • Driving Under the Influence (RCW 46.61.502) — Long Beach
