In the early morning hours of July 13, 2025, Maryann R. Brown was arrested by Deputy Marthaller of the Pacific County Sheriff’s Office. The arrest occurred in Ocean Park, WA.

Brown is facing the following charges under the jurisdiction of South District Court and Superior Court:

  • Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree (RCW 9A.52.080) — Ocean Park

  • Possession of Drugs by Prisoner (RCW 9.94.041) — South Bend
