Caller reported an abandoned green/gray Subaru Outback with windows broken out, no tires, and stripped parts, possibly stolen. Caller also noted two other trailers on the property. The reporting party advised his mother had passed away, he is inheriting the property, and has not seen anyone around. He was available by phone for contact.

Caller requested a welfare check on an elderly male. A client had come to help him with blood sugar levels but found the top deadbolt locked and received no response after knocking for ten minutes. Caller last spoke to him Thursday. His vehicles were present, but no lights were on and no sounds could be heard inside.

An iPhone crash detection alert was received. A female could be heard moaning and saying it was a rollover accident. She reported she and her dogs were not injured, but her phone could not be located, and she believed the car was on its side.

Caller accepted a remote job online and provided her driver’s license and W-4 information. She was sent a photo of a check and asked to deposit it remotely. After contacting the bank, she learned the check was fraudulent. Caller was at the South County office for contact.

Caller reported being assaulted two days prior by a friend who rents a room from her. Caller stated she was pushed hard but did not need medical aid. The suspect had just left for Drug Court in South Bend, driving a light tan or gold Suzuki.

Caller stated a wellness check was performed on her grandfather the day prior and believes the neighbors requested it. Caller reported PUD staff, while checking the meter, noticed the front door appeared broken into. Furniture inside the residence had been moved around. Caller lives in Seattle and was unsure if anything was stolen. PUD notified her about an hour before the report.

Caller reported her roommate was making threats, yelling at everyone in the house, and had pressed his finger into her chest. Caller stated the subject had been drinking beer. No weapons were reported.

Caller reported a male subject was yelling and making inappropriate comments in front of children. Subject left the residence in a tan 2006 Ford F-150 heading west. Deputy was advised of the situation.

Caller reported concern for his mother-in-law, last contacted by phone a week earlier. Her cell phone goes to voicemail, and she does not answer her house phone. She lives alone with a dog, and a blue Chevrolet pickup should be parked at the residence. Caller was available by phone for follow-up.

Caller requested a welfare check on a friend who is going through a divorce and expressed fear of her ex, who has repeatedly driven by her residence and made threats for months. Caller said she had not answered phone calls or emails. At 8:09 p.m., caller received an email from her that read “just in case anything happens.”

Caller reported that after an argument with her boyfriend, he left in a gray or silver Suburban and is suicidal. Caller stated he may be on the beach but was uncertain. Earlier, he had talked about wanting her to drop him off on a bridge. Caller said there were no known weapons. Subject has a history of being suicidal. Caller requested contact at a hotel.

Caller reported concern for her sister, who had recently been involved in a domestic situation and stopped responding to family texts. Caller stated the sister might be at her own residence or her boyfriend’s, with the boyfriend’s address being the last known location.

Caller reported her husband, who has dementia, put his fist in her face. She retreated to the garage with their dog. Caller said he did not recognize her and thought she was a man. Caller reported he followed her outside. At one point, the male got on the phone and claimed someone was there, before the female got back on the line. Caller requested he be transported to the hospital.

Caller reported a small dog, possibly a Dachshund, running in the roadway. Deputy later reported unable to locate the animal.

September 19, 2025 – 9:40 a.m.


Caller reported a two-vehicle collision involving a green Chevrolet pickup and a white Ford pickup. No injuries were reported, and the vehicles were not blocking the roadway. Caller was driving the Ford. The call was transferred to WSP and later updated as a police accident.

Caller reported a male and female trespassing and standing in the driveway. Female was described as a white female wearing a black hoodie and sweats. Male was described as a white male wearing a teal top, dark blue bottoms, and red shoes. Caller stated the female was the subject’s girlfriend, name unknown.

Since then, he has repeatedly honked and yelled at her whenever he comes onto his property. Caller said the behavior has continued and occurred again that morning. The subject drives a bronze Toyota Tundra.

Caller reported someone trespassing inside a neighbor’s house, which is for sale and should only have realtor access. Caller said the suspect was a female with long dark hair who stayed about 15 minutes, then left in a dark blue two-door car headed toward town.

Caller reported ongoing issues with a neighbor. Caller said while adjusting a barrier on his surveillance camera, the neighbor began filming him and verbally harassing him. Caller stated he felt harassed but that no court orders were in place.

Caller reported a client threatened to slit her throat due to not receiving Social Security benefits. The client also stated people might be coming to “talk her down.” Caller received the report at 12:10 p.m. Eastern time.
