Jacob D. Apodaca Arrested for Felony DUI and Additional Offenses

Collins is facing charges of Criminal Trespass in the First Degree (RCW 9A.52.070) and Disorderly Conduct (RMC 9.24.010), following a disturbance reported at a local property. This arrest is linked to case number 25-1649R and falls under the jurisdiction of Raymond Municipal Court.

Sharon K. Culter Taken into Custody on Court Commitment for Reckless Driving
South Bend, WA — May 24, 2025


On May 24, 2025, Sharon K. Culter was taken into custody at 9:18 a.m. by Deputy Strozyk of the Pacific County Jail. The arrest occurred in South Bend and was processed as a court commitment.


Culter is being held on a conviction for Reckless Driving under RCW 46.61.500. The matter is being handled by South District Court. No additional related incidents were listed at the time of booking.

Gregory H. Dunham Arrested for Trespassing and Malicious Mischief
Ilwaco, WA — May 22, 2025


On May 22, 2025, Gregory H. Dunham was arrested at 12:43 p.m. in Ilwaco by Officer Meling of the Long Beach Police Department. The arrest stems from an incident related to case 25-0925L.


Dunham is facing two charges: Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree under RCW 9A.52.080, and Malicious Mischief in the Third Degree under RCW 9A.48.090. Both charges are being referred to the Long Beach Municipal Court for further proceedings.
