At 11:51 a.m. on May 2, a caller reported a white RV parked on their property, believed to be occupied by homeless individuals. The RV had reportedly arrived the previous day, and while the reporting party had not made contact, they stated they could hear activity inside.

Case 25-2670 – Traffic Stop
At 12:09 p.m., a traffic stop was initiated for a vehicle that failed to yield to oncoming traffic. The stop was handled by Deputy Wiegardt.

Case 25-2671 – Suspicious Person/Circumstance
At 12:15 p.m., two individuals were observed accessing packages behind the post office. At 1:17 p.m., a caller reported that an individual involved in a prior domestic violence incident was inside their home and refusing to leave. The subject was reportedly in the back room with the caller’s son. The situation was verbal only, with no known weapons, drugs, or alcohol involved.

Case 25-2673 – Suicidal Subject
At 1:21 p.m., a concerned party contacted authorities after discovering what appeared to be a suicide note left by a friend. The man, described as being in his early years, had told the caller he was heading out of town for work but was having car issues. His location was unknown at the time of the report.

Case 25-2674 – Suspicious Person/Circumstance
At 2:18 p.m., deputies contacted a white BMW with a trip permit. The vehicle was found to have a trip permit violation and a non-valid operator license.

Case 25-2675 – Motorist Assist

Case 25-2679 – Domestic Violence
At 8:25 p.m., deputies responded to a report of a physical altercation between a male and female near a beach approach. The woman was described as wearing a beanie, tan coat, and blue jeans, and the man wore a khaki green coat and was riding a bicycle. Witnesses observed them fighting and throwing a bottle, which shattered. The female entered a public restroom, while the male left the area.

Case 25-2680 – Criminal Trespass
At 9:46 p.m., a manager of a recycling transfer site reported an intruder on the property. Security footage showed a person inside the locked area, stealing metals. The reporting party planned to meet deputies on-site in a dark blue SUV.

Case 25-2681 – Mental Subject
At 11:54 p.m., a caller claimed a man was outside their home "raping again," near a bathroom area. The caller described disturbing behavior but admitted they had not visually confirmed the events. Deputies responded to investigate the scene.

Case 25-2682 – Suspicious Person/Circumstance
At 1:26 a.m. on May 3, a caller reported a suspicious Toyota parked on a blind turn near SR, just past a pond. The caller witnessed a male—described as possibly Hispanic, wearing gym shorts and a hoodie—running eastbound away from the vehicle. Deputies responded to investigate.

Case 25-2685 – Criminal Trespass
At 8:52 a.m., a property owner requested deputy contact regarding an ongoing issue with a homeless encampment. The individuals had reportedly been told the previous Saturday to vacate the property but remained on site with their belongings.

Case 25-2686 – Suspicious Person/Circumstance
At 8:59 a.m., a red Toyota Tacoma with Oregon plates was seen parked near a property. The driver, a white male with wavy short hair and glasses, left the area after the reporting party stepped outside. Due to recent thefts in the area, the incident was considered suspicious.

Case 25-2687 – Theft
At 9:57 a.m., deputies were alerted to a gas theft at a local store. The male suspect, believed to be known to the store clerk, drove away in a white Ford Ranger and was last seen heading toward Tokeland. The suspect had reportedly argued with a female employee before leaving.

Case 25-2688 – Disorderly Conduct
At 11:52 a.m., a caller reported an elderly male exposing himself and possibly urinating in public while riding a red disability scooter. The individual, described as having long gray hair, was last seen traveling east toward the bay.

Case 25-2689 – Domestic Violence
At 1:00 p.m., deputies responded to a report of a physical altercation at a business in Long Beach. A female allegedly punched a male, who could be heard in the background pleading for the employee not to call law enforcement. The individuals were still on the scene at the time of the call.

Case 25-2690 – Agency Assistance
At approximately 1:46 p.m. on May 3, deputies assisted Bay Center Fire and Chinook Tribal members in rescuing a bald eagle with an injured wing. The eagle was located in the mud flats off School Street in Bay Center. A deputy transported the bird as part of the response effort.

Case 25-2691 – Legal Paper Service
At 3:11 p.m., legal papers were served successfully by Deputy Akker.

Case 25-2693 – Legal Paper Service
At 4:39 p.m., a case number was requested in connection with legal paper service.

Case 25-2694 – Agency Assistance
At 5:03 p.m., a citizen requested contact from a deputy concerning an ongoing situation involving a male individual from a previous case. The male reportedly continued riding around near the residence, expressing concerns about a child not wearing a helmet.

Case 25-2695 – Scam
At 5:15 p.m., a reporting party stated they received a suspicious phone call from a private number asking why they had not attended jury duty that week. The caller was concerned it may have been a scam.

Case 25-2696 – Traffic Stop
At 5:44 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop and issued a verbal warning for speeding.

At 6:12 p.m. on May 3, deputies responded to a non-injury property damage accident in the parking lot of a church in Seaview. A 2007 BMW Z4 was reportedly dented when the driver of a Toyota Sienna opened their door into it.

Case 25-2699 – Fireworks Complaint
At 6:21 p.m., a report was made of individuals lighting illegal fireworks in an intersection. Deputies were advised and responded to the area.

Case 25-2700 – Violation of Court Order
At 7:53 p.m., deputies opened an investigation into a possible violation of a court order. No further details were provided in the initial report.

Case 25-2701 – Civil Dispute
