Long Beach Man Arrested for Malicious Mischief and Malicious Prosecution
Seaview, WA — April 1, 2025
Deputies with the Pacific County Sheriff’s Office arrested a local man Tuesday evening in connection with an ongoing investigation involving property damage and a false legal claim.
Ivan E. Antonich, 47, was taken into custody at approximately 6:59 p.m. at a residence on the 900 block of 35th Lane in Seaview. He was booked into the Pacific County Jail on two felony charges: Malicious Mischief in the Second Degree and Malicious Prosecution. The arrest stems from a related incident.
Antonich was booked. Both charges are classified as felonies and will be handled in Pacific County Superior Court.
As of press time, Antonich remains in custody pending court proceedings.

Long Beach Man Arrested on Multiple Charges Including Domestic Violence and Possession of Stolen Property

Troy L. Constantine, 45, was arrested Friday evening by Long Beach Police on multiple charges, including domestic violence assault and possession of stolen property.
Constantine was taken into custody at approximately 6:59 p.m. and booked into the Pacific County Jail.
According to records, Constantine faces charges of Fourth Degree Assault – Domestic Violence (RCW 9A.36.041.DV), Possession of Stolen Property in the Second Degree (RCW 9A.56.160), and a warrant for failure to comply with a traffic-related offense. The domestic violence and traffic matters are being handled in South District Court, while the possession of stolen property charge is assigned to Superior Court.

A North Cove resident was arrested Monday morning by the Pacific County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for violating the terms of his community custody.
Jacob M. Gardner, 42, was taken into custody at 10:55 a.m. in North Cove and booked into the Pacific County Jail.
Gardner was wanted by the Washington State Department of Corrections for a community custody violation, a supervision-related offense that typically follows a felony conviction.
He remains in custody pending further action by the Department of Corrections.

Ashlyn I. Karren, 28, was taken into custody by the Pacific County Sheriff’s Office at approximately 8:40 a.m. near Pioneer Road. She was booked into the Pacific County Jail.

Vincent S. Preinesberger, 53, was taken into custody at approximately 4:54 p.m. by the South Bend Police Department. He was booked into the Pacific County Jail.
